By this point in history, populations have grown big enough for interracial interaction. A city built on the idea that all persons should grow by learning. All races are invited to live in the city, and the guard is made up of every race. There are many schools in Lakterka, including one university. It is the most prestigious school in all of Jairethehn. People send their kids from all over the world.
