“Matt” and the “Neos”

A boy, whose name is unknown so we’ll call him Matt, has an inventor for an uncle and no other family. His uncle invents a “skinsuit” that is fitted to Matt. The skinsuit gives him special powers. His uncle is killed and the skinsuit falls into Matt’s hands.
